§1 General Provisions

1. These terms define the rules for using the Manor Packs website.

2. Using the website means accepting these terms.

3. Manor Packs is a platform for downloading, converting and creating Minecraft texture packs.

§2 Terms of Use

1. The website allows: downloading texture packs, converting packs between versions, creating custom packs.

2. The following is prohibited: uploading malware, hacking attempts, using the website unlawfully.

3. Users must respect copyright and not share packs without author consent.

§3 Security

1. Conversions and pack creation happen in the user's browser (JavaScript).

2. No ZIP files are stored on the server - conversion is done locally.

3. The administrator is not liable for any damages resulting from using the website.

§4 Copyright

1. All texture packs available on the website belong to their creators.

2. Distributing, modifying or reselling packs without author consent is prohibited.

3. The website acts as an aggregating platform - it claims no rights to the posted materials.

§5 Privacy and Personal Data

1. User data (email, username) is stored in encrypted form (AES-256).

2. Passwords are stored in hashed form (bcrypt) - the administrator has no access to them.

3. Data is not shared with third parties without user consent.

4. Every user has the right to view, edit and delete their data.

§6 Final Provisions

1. The terms come into force upon publication on the website.

2. The administrator reserves the right to change the terms at any time.

3. Users will be informed of changes to the terms via the website.

4. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
